Justin Foster has been dedicated to the email marketing industry since 2001.  He is a sought-after speaker on many subjects including design, deliverability, and performance of enterprise level e-communications programs.  He is the founder of the Email Marketing Best Practices Roundtable, an organization which brings together over 850 email marketers from around the world to discuss what it takes to build exceptional email marketing programs that drive revenue, relevance, and effectiveness.  Justin was recently asked by the leading analyst in the industry to participate as a founding member of the Email Measurement Accuracy Coalition, an organization developed to establish key performance indicators for all email marketing service providers.  In his senior management role for WhatCounts, Inc., Justin serves as the Vice President of Professional Services.  He is responsible for full-service campaign production, custom development, and strategic services.

Katelyn Himes has spent the last 5 years on the agency side communicating the value of interactive and email marketing to clients such as SunTrust Bank, Brinker International, Hyatt Hotels and more. Her main focus was on integrating email into marketing campaigns and help businesses understand the role of email throughout customer lifecycles. In her most recent role she is responsible for the online marketing programs for La Quinta Hotels, including online advertising, promotional programs and primarily email marketing. In the last 6 months, her passion for email marketing has been the driving force for change in the email marketing practices for La Quinta. Katelyn received her BA in Marketing from the University of North Texas and is a member of the DFWIMA where she also serves on the marketing committee.

Michelle Eichner brings ten years of direct marketing experience to Pivotal Veracity. She oversees the daily operations of the Company, and also spearheads business development and customer support. Previously, Ms. Eichner was a strategic business consultant at Net Perceptions, an industry-leading provider of predictive analytic solutions for the multi-channel retail, manufacturing and distribution industries. There she consulted on multi-channel proprietary promotions and demand optimization software that assisted clients by improved market basket size, drive traffic, increased revenues, reduced cost and optimized supply chain. Prior to Net Perceptions, Ms. Eichner was a national account executive at Digital Impact, a market leader of full-service one-to-one online direct marketing and customer relationship solutions. She was also vice president, catalog marketing, for SkyMall Inc. and circulation manager for Lew Magram. Ms. Eichner earned her Master of Science degree in direct marketing from Northwestern University and her Bachelor of Science degree in business and marketing from Drake University .

Doug Williams is the Senior Manager of E-Commerce at Crosstown Traders, a division of Charming Shoppes, Inc. He is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of paid placement, affiliate and email marketing across multiple brands, including the relaunch of www.LaneBryantCatalog.com. Previously he directed a variety of catalog and online marketing functions at Sierra Trading Post, a multichannel merchant of closeout and overstock name brand clothing and outdoor gear. He specializes in growing revenue from online channels for direct to consumer companies.

Jay began his career as a catalog circulation manager and started selling online in 1997. Since then he has helped start multiple catalog/ecommerce businesses and grown others through effective online marketing.
